I regularly shop at second-hand stores, and am excited to venture into new territory and check out the vintage stores you suggested (which I see as different ). However, I have a question. When does an item become vintage? Is there a general rule of thumb or is it not very defined? For example my clothes from high school, (the 90s) would they now be considered vintage?
